How to make a reservation  

1. Choose a hotel from HEI directory or portal All pricing categories ($-$$$$$) are based on the full single room rate and are in the local currency unless otherwise marked. As the HEI discount always is given subject to the expected availability, please choose 1-3 suitable hotels in case the first hotel cannot confirm your request.

2. To make your reservation, simply call, e-mail or fax the hotel Reservation Departement directly and give the dates and the preferred room type. Always remember to present yourself as a Hotel Express member when contacting the hotel! Ask if the discount is available and make the hotel to confirm the price to you.

3. The hotel can be booked online on our website IF there is a green button “online booking” beside the hotel description.
NB! Please be aware that the blue button “Booking form” is not for online booking! The blue button “Booking form” will deliver your booking order to Hotel Express Estonia office’s e-mail box. We are happy to help you with your bookings but please bear in mind that our working hours are Mon-Fri, 09.00-17.30.

4. In case the hotel employee is not aware of Hotel Express please ask her/him to consult with the management and e-mail/fax you the correct HEI rate. In case of missanderstanding with the hotel management please contact our office (+372 63 09 400) or with Hotel Express International office in Kristiansand (Norway) +47 38 07 01 77. It is useful to know the name of the hotel employee you have been in contact with.

5. Always ask for a written approval that confirms the hotel room, the date and the price. Don’t forget to check does the price include breakfast and taxes (VAT etc).

6. Guarantee your booking with your credit card or / and by notifying the hotel by the latest hour of your arrival.

7. You will need to show your HEI membership card on check-in. The hotels require one membership card per room and for the cardholder to be present in the room.

8. New hotels join HEI system every day and there are also leavers. The directorys are printed, however, only once-twice a year. We recommend using an electronic database on our website as the electronic directory will be updated once a week and the details of the hotels are much more detailed than a printed catalogue. In addition, the same catalogue and much useful information to travel can be found in our international portal .

9. In case the hotel refuses from HEI discount in any other reason than no availability please notify us by phone +372 63 09 400, by fax +372 63 09 401 or by e-mail Hotel Express members must report complaints to our office within two days of occurrences in their own country and within seven days of international stays. We are grateful for all kind of information and comments about Hotel Express service.

11.If you need Hotel Express Estonia office’s help for making a reservation we kindly ask you to send us your reservation request no later than 1 work day for domestic reservation and 3 work days for international reservation.


Your reservation request should contain following information: card owners name and contacts, destination, reservation dates, suitable HEI hotel (if possible then also 1-2 alternatives), room type („single“, „double“, „twin“, „suite“), the number of persons staying.

NB! Hotel Express Estonia Ltd office is working Monday to Friday 09.00-17.00. Booking requests sent outside the working hours and weekends will be proceeded on the following working day.
